– From what countries can products be bought in our Carrasco shop?
Our products can be bought from Spain (the Peninsula, the Balearics, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Andorra.
All the European Union countries and Norway.
– What is the cost of shipped orders?
Spain: The shipping cost for orders over €100 is free of charge. For orders below that amount, the shipping cost is €12 in Spain (except the Canary Islands, the Balearics, Ceuta and Melilla, which is €25).
The shipping cost for Andorra, EU countries and Norway for orders over €300 is free of charge and €25 for orders lower than that amount. If there are local custom taxes, these taxes shall be borne by the customer.
– How long will it take to receive my order?
From the time you confirm the purchase on our web, you will receive your order at the address indicated during the purchasing process within 2-3 business days for the Peninsula, 4-5 for the Balearics, Ceuta and Melilla, 3-4 business days for France, UK, Italy, Germany, Portugal and Andorra and 5-7 business days for the other EU countries.
– Can I return my order?
Yes. There is a maximum return period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order, except for products in sliced form or vacuum packed or products taken out of their packaging or where the original label has been removed. In all these cases no return is accepted for health reasons.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
– How do I return a product?
You just need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and the reason for return in the subject.
We will go and collect the product from the same address where it was delivered at no cost.
– Can I send products as a gift?
Yes. We can send any of our packs to whoever you like. You just need to choose an address other than the billing address and tick on the “gift” box. In this way, the delivery note will not show the price of the goods.
– How can I track my order?
When you accept the purchase you will receive an e-mail with all the order data and a reference number. Please make sure that our e-mail is in your incoming mail and not in “spam”. The goods will get to the address indicated within the deadlines specified. If in any doubt, you can always contact us at email@example.com and we will reply in under 24 hours.
– How can I pay my order?
You are offered two secure ways of payment: through credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or through Pay Pal.
– Do I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. When the goods leave our premises, you can download the invoice on your profile on the Carrasco website.
